Exercise:
- Lunchtime Walk: Does shopping count? I think it kind of counts, but I didn't exactly map it.
- Day 20 of the 30 Day Abs Challenge (Rest Day, THANK GOD!)
- Zumba class with Tameka at the Apex gym
- Breakfast: 2 cups of hot tea with 2% milk and 1/2 tsp raw sugar each,steel cut oatmeal with 1 tsp brown sugar, chopped pecans, and 1/2 a banana
- Lunch: 1/2 a Thai crunch salad (without the rice sticks) at California Pizza Kitchen with avocado and an iced tea--I honestly don't know how anyone eats a whole salad here. I was so full after the half salad that I ate no snacks all day long, even with Zumba class!
- Dinner: 1/2 a chicken breast sauteed in olive oil with garlic, lemon, mushrooms, spinach, and french green beans with a little broth added; 1/2 a cup of homemade apple sauce
- Snacks: no snacks
