- Lunchtime Walk: 2.15 miles
- Evening Walk: walked the dog for 1.2 miles
- Ab work: 50 situps, 20 leg raises, 60 crunches, 1 minute plank
- Breakfast: spinach and mushroom frittata, 2 slices of bacon, microgreens, a cup of tea with milk and raw sugar
- Lunch: roasted chicken breast, French green beans with olive oil and porcini salt, roasted carrots, baby potatoes roasted under the chicken, a honeycrisp apple
- Dinner: simple chicken caesar salad
- Snacks: 1 mozzarella Babybel, a big cup of tea with milk and sugar (two bags!), then one more cup of tea in the late afternoon--I was draggin'.
