Day Forty-Five: Half Way!

I am determined not to let the Hippie's absence this week affect my attempts to get back on track. I rearranged my work day a bit today to accomodate a 10:30am Zumba class. It actually worked out well, but only because my bosses are traveling this week and are both in time zones that make this a good idea. Shifting my work day later puts me more in line with when they are awake and need support. Granted, it's the end of the day now, and I am Wiped. Out. Whew.

So after one day back on track. I stepped onto the scale this morning to see a number under 200 for the first time in a long time. It may have been a fluke, but I am really hoping it's not--it's been incredibly motivating today! Today I ate pretty well and exercised plenty--I am so hoping tomorrow that I see even more progress. I have some lost time to make up for here, after the last two weeks of half-assed-ness...
