Exercise:
- Walkin' the Dawg: 1.61 miles
- Breakfast: cup of tea with 2% milk and 1/2 a tsp of raw sugar, scrambled eggs with cheese and half a honey crisp apple
- Lunch: Lunch out with Jason and his team in the cafe in their building: NC BBQ sampler with pulled pork, hoppin' john, collard greens, and a piece of cornbread. Not awesome, but way better than the country fried steak with gravy and mashed potatoes that I really wanted. Lol.
- Dinner: A bowl of cereal. Sheesh.
- Snacks: Oh god--the worst possible contraband: donuts! (~5 bites of donuts from a local bakery that a very nice coworker/friend brought for me to try. Thank goodness Kieran was with me to eat half of them.
- Steps: 7231
- Calories: 1580 consumed, 205 burned
- Weight: 200 on the home scale (But not for long if I keep eating like today and not going to the gym!)
